You will be responsible for overseeing complex projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

This role combines project management expertise, technological understanding, and strong stakeholder management, within a dynamic financial environment. You will be responsible for overseeing complex projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and oversee multiple technology-driven projects simultaneously within a financial environment
  • Lead project execution from planning through delivery, including tracking progress and ensuring milestones are met
  • Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including IT, business units, and external partners
  • Monitor and control project performance, including timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Work with project management tools such as Jira, TFS, and MS Project
  • Support implementation of technological solutions aligned with business needs

Requirements:

Must-Haves

  • At least 4 years of experience in Project Management of complex IT projects in large organizations
  • Proven experience working with project management and tracking tools (Jira, TFS, MS Project)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management (Information Systems) or a related field
  • Strong ability to lead processes and manage multiple tasks in parallel
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in financial organizations
  • Experience in budget management and control
  • Familiarity with working with the Office of the CIO
