As a Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end initiatives: from initiation and planning through implementation and go-live, while working closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

What You'll Do:

• Lead complex technological projects end-to-end - from initiation, analysis, and planning through implementation and go-live

• Manage multiple stakeholders across business units, IT, external vendors, and senior management

• Translate business needs into practical and scalable technological solutions

• Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources

• Lead cross-functional (matrix) teams and drive execution without formal authority

• Identify risks, prioritize tasks, and provide real-time solutions to challenges

• Produce technical documentation, training materials, and project deliverables

• Collaborate with both business and technology teams across the organization

• Take a hands-on approach - including system configurations, technical guidance, and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technological projects- Must

• Proven experience in financial / banking / payments environments- Must

• Strong business understanding and system-wide perspective

• Experience working with core systems and complex architectures

• Ability to work independently and lead processes proactively

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders

• Experience managing vendors and external partners

• Experience in business analysis and requirement gathering- Advantage 

• Experience working with Open Systems and Mainframe (MF)- Advantage

• Familiarity with financial regulations and information security standards- Advantage

• Relevant academic degree or professional training- Advantage
